4th East African Conference of Accountants

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) is pleased to invite you for the 4th East African Congress of Accountants (EACOA) to be hosted as a hybrid from 16th -19th April, 2024 at the prestigious Kigali Exhibition and Convention Centre (KECV), Kigali, Rwanda under the theme “Beyond Borders: Exploring Global Perspectives” The East Africa Congress of Accountants (EACOA) is a biennial event jointly organized by the five East Africa Community Institutes of Accountants (EACIAs) namely, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) - Tanzania, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and the Ordre Des Professionels Comptables du Burundi (OPC).

The event will attract over 800 participants from the region physically in Rwanda’s Capital Kigali, along with over 300 virtual delegates including Accountants and other professionals from business, public sector, NGOs and International Organizations among others to deliberate and craft solutions to underlying challenges within the profession and the regional economies. It is a must attend event for professionals looking to stay ahead of the curve.
