Founder, Practising Governance

Wendy Yung is the founder of Practising Governance. Previously, she was the Executive Director and Company Secretary of Hysan Development Company Limited. During her years with the company, she has assumed a wide range of functional roles, spanning legal, human resources, corporate communications, and commercial operations. Ms. Yung became a member of the Professional Accountants in Business Committee in January 2015. She was nominated by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPAs), where she is a co-opted Council member.
