The accountancy profession stands at a defining moment. Across the globe, and especially in the dynamic Asia-Pacific region, Professional Accountancy Organisations (PAOs) are navigating an era shaped by rapid technological change, evolving stakeholder expectations, regulatory transformation, and shifting workforce attitudes.

In response, the Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants (CAPA) is pleased to release its latest thought leadership publication, “PAO Success and Sustainability”, a timely and strategic guide designed to help PAOs navigate an era of rapid transformation, growing stakeholder demands, and unprecedented disruption.

This publication builds on CAPA’s established Maturity ModelTM for the Development of PAOs and provides a timely and strategic lens through which PAOs can assess their future. It challenges organisations to reflect not only on their operational strength today, but also on their readiness to remain relevant, resilient, and respected in the years ahead.
