Skills for the future – building a professional public finance function - Joint ACCA-IFAC session

The public sector landscape across the globe is becoming increasingly complex and professional accountants’ skills, expertise and ethical principles are needed now more than ever. ACCA and CA ANZ’s recent report ‘Leading Recovery: the evolving role of senior finance leadership’ highlighted the importance of professional accountants in shaping the future of the public sector, and ACCA-IFAC will jointly launch at the World Congress of Accountants in November their new report on "Professionalisation in public sector finance". Join this joint ACCA-IFAC session as our speakers explore the benefits in strengthening the professionalisation of public sector finance functions and make the case for the advantages skilled public finance professionals can bring to their organisations.
