Webinar: Mental Wellness – An Informative Discussion with Practical Insights as the Pandemic Continues
IFAC
|Mental wellness can be an uncomfortable or unfamiliar subject to discuss—and it is often stigmatized. Yet it is an issue for all of us—even if we aren’t consciously aware of any difficulties. The pandemic has been a wake-up call for greater awareness and understanding as so many have endured extraordinary circumstances for such an extended period, and continue to do so.
The panel discussion will further your understanding about the mental wellness concerns associated with the pandemic along with clinical research supporting those concerns and empathetic insights into the issues many have and continue to deal with. Finally, the discussion will offer practical insights in support of mental wellness for yourself and others—particularly when trying to manage mental wellness alongside the challenges of balancing work and life.
We hope this panel will support actions in your own lives and organizations as we continue to work through this pandemic—together.
