Stuart Chaplin served as Deputy Chair of the IFAC Professional Accountants in Business Advisory Group in 2020 and a member since 2015 having been nominated by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Mr. Chaplin is the Vice President Finance for Shell Global LNG, Gas & Power Asia and Australia, and Shipping. He joined Shell in 1999 and has held a number of positions, most recently the Chief Risk Officer for Shell Trading & Supply. Previously he was the Global Commercial Finance Manager for Shell’s Retail Business and Director of Shell Brands International AG, Senior Manager for Shell M&A and Financing, and Head of Business Analysis for Shell globally.

Mr. Chaplin is a fellow of CIMA and has served on its technical committee for a number of years. He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and holds an MA in Economics & Management from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.

George Willie

George Willie became a member of the Small and Medium Practices Committee in January 2015. He was nominated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Mr. Willie is the managing partner of Bert Smith & Co. He has over 40 years of experience specializing in the audits of healthcare, government, and not-for-profit entities.

Mr. Willie has served in numerous leadership positions within the AICPA, including chair of the Private Companies Practice Section Executive Committee, member of the Board of Directors, member of the Board of Examiners, secretary of the Political Action Committee, and chair of the Minority Initiatives Committee.

Mr. Willie earned an MBA from American University and a BBA in accounting from Howard University. He is a licensed CPA in the District of Columbia and US Virgin Islands, a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).

Robyn Erskine

Robyn is a partner in Brooke Bird, a specialist restructuring insolvency and turnaround firm located in Melbourne Australia and has been actively involved in the public practice sector for over 30 years.

In January 2015, Robyn was appointed to the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) Small and Medium Practices Committee on the nomination of CPA Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She is currently the Deputy Chair of the SMPC and the Chair of its Ethics Task Force.

Robyn is a director of CPA Australia having been appointed to the board in 2017.  She has served on CPA Australia’s Victorian Division and Victorian Public Practice Committee and in 2014 Robyn was awarded the Henry Fox Award for outstanding service to Public Practice in Victoria.

In 2011 Robyn became the first female to be appointed as the National President of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia, now known as the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) and served as a director of ARITA until May 2019. In 2017 Robyn was awarded Life Membership to ARITA for long, dedicated and distinguished service to ARITA and the Profession.

Robyn is a current councilor of the Australian Institute of Credit Management’s Victorian Tasmanian Division.

Jamie Shannon

Jamie Shannon is a Director in the PwC Network's Global Assurance Quality function, with responsibility for Standards and Auditor Reporting.

Mr. Shannon coordinates the PwC network’s monitoring of the IAASB’s agenda, including the development of responses to IAASB’s exposure drafts. He was also a member of the team that led the implementation of the Clarity International Standards on Auditing into the PwC network’s global methodology and was a member of the project team for PwC’s global Auditor Reporting Working Group. He is also the Chair of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales' ISA Panel, the committee that monitors and provides input on the IAASB agenda.

Mr. Shannon is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He began his career in 2000 in PwC’s assurance practice in Glasgow before transferring to his current role in 2010.
