    Brian Wilson is a director of audit and attest standards at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA). His primary responsibility is to assist the AICPA's chief auditor in the strategic direction of standard-setting activities with a focus on international auditing issues and developing solutions to high priority standards and practice issues.

    Prior to joining the AICPA, Mr. Wilson held senior corporate controllership positions at global public and nonpublic companies for seven years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wilson spent ten years at KPMG in the US, providing accounting advisory services. He also enjoyed short-term staff rotations at the Center for Audit Quality and the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Mr. Wilson is frequently invited to present on complex accounting and auditing topics for a variety of organizations.

    Mr. Wilson is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia and holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation. His professional affiliations and memberships include the AICPA and Financial Executives International. Mr. Wilson earned his undergraduate degree in accounting and Master of Science in Professional Accounting at Michigan State University.

    Adjunct Professor Yvette Lange is an Adjunct Professor within the Auditing Division at the School of Accountancy at Wits University and is the course co-ordinator for integrated reporting, integrated thinking, sustainability assurance, and governance related executive level short courses, lectures on various auditing and integrated reporting topics at post-graduate level and is a member of the School's Centre for Critical Accounting and Auditing Research.

    Prof. Lange was previously a director within the Governance, Risk and Internal Audit team at PwC joining from PwC's Sustainability and Integrated Reporting team and hadextensive involvement with non-financial assurance methodology, risk and quality matters for PwC globally and locally.

    Prof. Lang is a member of the Integrated Reporting Committee of South Africa's Working Group and is a previous member of the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors's (IRBA) Committee for Auditing Standards and a previous chair and current member of the IRBA's Sustainability Standing Committee. Prof. Lang was also a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants' task group, which provided comments on the IAASB's EER guidance, and spent time seconded to the International Integrated Reporting Council as a Technical Specialist contributing to various technical matters.

    Prof. Lang has her Masters in Responsible Leadership and is a qualified CA (SA) and CIA.

    Michelle  joined the IAASB in 2015. She coordinates logistics for IAASB and IAASB CAG meetings and provides administrative support to the team. She previously worked for several nonprofit organizations and has a number of years of administrative support experience.

    Michelle is a Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) and is a member of  the American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP).
