Dr. Tony Colman is a Visiting Research Fellow at UCT EGS South Africa, UEA WSRC UK and the Columbia Water Center, Earth Institute, New York. His PhD (2013) is on surmounting the barriers to the delivery of WRM and WSS in Southern Africa and particularly Botswana.. He was previously MP Putney in the UK parliament to 2005 and Director Burton Group to 1990 where he was co-founder of Top Shop in 1969.
