Kenneth Yap

Kenneth Yap is the Chief Executive of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). He also performs the statutory functions of the Registrar of Companies, Businesses, Public Accountants, Limited Liability Partnerships and Limited Partnerships. Mr. Yap sits on several national councils and committees including the Accounting Standards Council of Singapore, Corporate Governance Oversight Committee; the Singapore Accountancy Commission, the National Community Leadership Institute Board and the Appeal Board of the Commission for Foreign Manpower. Internationally, he is on the board of the Executive Committee of the Corporate Registers Forum and XBRL International.
