Nthabiseng Shale-Tlhomola

Nthabiseng Shale-Tlhomola is currently the Education and Training Manager at the Lesotho Institute of Accountants (LIA) where she oversees the implementation of the LePAP and manages the Education and Training function of the institute. Prior to joining LIA, she worked for the Ministry of Finance as Director Human Resources. She joined the Ministry of Finance in 2012 after working at the Ministry of the Public Service where she was Director Training and Development from 2007 to 2013 responsible for the management of the training and development function of the entire civil service. Nthabiseng holds a Master’s degree in education management from the University of Witwatersrand in South-Africa and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management from University of Natal in South-Africa.
